Aside from the text in the samples, we have several other “proven response” seminar invitation texts from which you can choose. We also have texts that have been approved by several “broker-dealer” compliance departments. You can submit your own text and you are welcome to edit from our letters as well. Any letter can be placed on any of our templates. They are fully customizable to compliment your particular seminar.

Full window mailers using quality 8.5” x 14” paper, are our most popular choice and have proven to be “the best value” in filling seminars for most any area of the country. We are always developing new color templates to keep your mailing campaign fresh. A full color insert measuring 3.25” x 5.5” is an available option. (Click here for sample tax insert) This insert is fully customizable and could be utilized for any additional promotion, presenter bio, menu, tickets, etc.

FORMAL INVITATION MAILERS (Click here to view samples)

"Formal invitation" style mailers utilize a large 6” X 9” closed envelope with a stamp. The invitations are custom printed full color on 8 ½” X 11” card stock with a single fold. They cost a few pennies more than our window mailers and solicit an equal and occasionally increased rate of response. A custom full color insert measuring 5 3/8” x 8” is an available option. This insert is fully customizable and could be utilized for any additional promotion such as a discount tax insert, presenter bio, menu, tickets, etc.
