The process begins with a phone call where we will
discuss your needs and conduct an in-depth demographic
study of your area. We will then consult with you
regarding our recommendations, finalize your demographic
target and email your zip code counts as a radius of
your restaurant or even for your entire county or
multiple counties. Your zip counts are updated monthly.
We track and help you manage your zip code selections to
maximize your ongoing response rates.

STEP TWO

Schedule your restaurant seminar dates and place your
order a minimum of 26-30 days in advance. Select from
our "proven response" letters which we personalize for
you or fully customize to your specifications. For FINRA
registered reps, we have invitation copy already
approved by several major broker dealer compliance
departments. Select your mailer background template; we
insert your copy and email a proof for your revision or
approval.
Choose your zips and quantity, we will email your
invoice and your mail can drop within 3-4 business days
of payment receipt. We schedule your mail to arrive on
your target day and we are 98% accurate +/- 2 days.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Optional and recommended, is our 24/7 reservation system
with an online login feature which allows you to monitor
your seminar responses as they happen. You can view your
reservations "real-time", print your attendance name
badges and even print confirmation letters which we
recommend you mail to each reservation.

TIME-SAVING FEATURES

Our reservation confirmation calls begin 2 days before
your seminar and continue until either personal contact
is made or a message is left the evening before your
seminar. We continue with one more reminder call the
morning of your seminar then email you a spreadsheet
showing the results of each call.
