24/7 SEMINAR RESERVATIONS
Live operators answer with your company name and are ready
to receive your seminar reservations twenty-four hours a
day, seven days a week. Your password enables you to login
online, view your reservations by seminar and email yourself
an Excel spreadsheet at any time you desire.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
Integrity Marketing utilizes in-house operators for all
seminar confirmation calls. (Optional) They will call:
- two days before each seminar. If an answering
machine answers, our operators hang up and attempt
contact with a live person throughout the day before
leaving a message late in the afternoon.
- Again, on the morning of each seminar.
If the attendee indicates any conflict, every attempt is
made to re-schedule them into another seminar. We will email
you a spreadsheet showing the results of each call.
